About 3 weeks ago, we reported that T-mobile unfortunately would not be getting the BlackBerry Bold.  This made me very sad and upset (almost enough to switch to AT&T).  Today Berry Review further reported this rumor to be true.  Ronen said that he had heard that RIM had been working on a 1700Mhz 3G Bold just for T-Mobile.  This was surprisingly news to me, but if it is true, is absurd.  If they are already developing the phone, why not just take it?  I mean come on T-Mobile how many 3G BlackBerries do you have?  Oh I see…  The report also predicts that the new Curve 8900 may not be available until December 2008 or January 2009!!  I’m not surprised, but what happened to November?!?!

    I agree that T Mobile has lost touch with it's customers! 2-12-09 went to store looked at 8900; looks okay, but nothing compares to the look and feel of the 9000. Best way to compare the two phone: 8900 "Curve" mid level manager vs. 9000 "Bold" Executive. I have been bugging Tmoble for months and even wrote a letter to their Customer complaint Dept. Basically, WE ALL need to call and open tickets of a complaint to make a difference. So, please take 5 minutes of your time and call and tell them yiu want the Bold and you want to open a complaint ticket. I am sick of them always having second tier phones comapred to ATT.
