BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 Now at Best Buy

BlackBerry News got this in tonight, news that the Pearl Flip 8220 is now in Best Buy Stores.  I have not had the chance to run down to my local Best Buy to check it out, but if it is true, it is a few days late.  As you remember the product screens we showed you said they would begin carrying the Pearl Flip October 26th.  The images from BBN show that the price with no contract will be $349.99, $279.99 with a 2 year upgrade, $99.99 with a new contract and a plan below $59.99, and $79.99 with a new contract and a plan above $59.99.  These prices seem about right, not the $679.99 price we told you before (which btw I told you was probably a fake price).  So hopefully the reports are correct and the Flip is in Best Buy stores near you; it is however not on their website which is odd seeing that the Bold is and it is not even released yet.  I will stop questioning (well not really) and leave you guys to ponder.
