Updated Storms Sold Out and Not Shipping Until Dec. 5th!!!

*Update: Word on the street is that the Storms purchased after the 2pm EST deadline on Friday Nov. 21st will now not arrive before Dec. 15th.   This is the launch we all wanted for the Storm minus all the OS set backs.  Hopefully, RIM and Verizon will surprise us and all of you that aren’t expecting your Storms to arrive until the 15th will get them before. We’ll keep our fingers crossed and our ears open for any updates.

Breaking news: CrackBerry just got some reports of some terrible news.  Apparently there are so many Storms being bought that not only are stores sold out, but if you had ordered one after 2pm EST they will not be received before Dec. 5th!  This is rumored by Verizon employees and is not 100% confirmed yet.  Either way, CrackBerry called Verizon and everything was so backed up due to the Storm sales that you cannot even do anything with your account.  This is outrageous! And terrific for Verizon because it means that the Storm is going to be huge.  We will update you as the news comes, but to all of you that had the chance to purchase a Storm in hand today, or have it overnighted to you for tomorrow, be grateful because there are plenty of people out there that won’t get one for a while.
