Oh I did not see this one coming! Bell comes out from behind the pack, not to be out done by Telus and launches the BlackBerry Storm too!! What?!? It’s a tie!!! Okay so as this news came out, Bell launched the Storm in the Toronto area only, however today Dec. 11th is there nationwide launch. As I am on Bell’s site right now at 2am PST it says that it is currently sold out online. It further goes to say if you order it now, you will be billed in full today and it will ship out early January!
So boys and girls north of us, looks like you will be experiencing the same Storm woes as we have been since Verizon’s release.
An interesting difference between Bell and Telus, is that their pricing outside of a 3 year contract is way different. Bells prices are $249 with a 3 year contract, $549 with a 2 year contract, $649 with a 1 year contract, and $699 with no contract! That is $100 more than Telus’ pricing besides the 3 year contract price!! why? Can anybody tell me?
If you want a bit of good news aside from the sell outs, you can enter to win a Bell Storm here.
Or you can just order yours now and wait, or test your luck in store.
