My buddy Mauricio over at BlackBerry Rocks woke me up at somewhere around 5am PST (8 something his time) this morning, notifying me that Carphone Warehouse just launched the BlackBerry Curve 8900. This is a few days early for Carphone Warehouse to get this out because they planned to launch it on the 20th. Anywho, this sweet new Curve is BlackBerries thinnest phone yet, boasting a 3.2 mega pixel camera just like the Storm. It is also running a 512mhz processor which doesn’t hurt, and has a screen resolution of 480×360 also like the Storm, but with a smaller screen it will look way sweeter! That should be enough to sell you right there. If not just take a look at it.
Carphone Warehouse will be offering if through O2 and Orange. The device will be free on both carriers with the respected rate plans, which with Carphone Warehouse right now, you only have one option per carrier.
So go pick one up if you are a Brit reading this and haven’t already snagged a T-Mobile version.
