I’m not sure how long this will last, but Verizon Wireless is offering BlackBerry Pearl 8130’s in 2 different colors for $19.99 after a mail-in rebate and signing your life away for 2 years. Not a bad deal if you dig Verizon.

    Great way to bring in customers at a mandatory $718.80 of revenue over the contract term versus a dumphone/featurephone. This sort of "deal" is how carriers (Verizon isn't alone) drive up their ARPU numbers.

    Its a great deal for anyone that was put off by the perceived high price of entry into the smartphone world though!
