The boys over at BlackBerry Cool found this cool application that is a must have for anyone in the buying market for real estate or in real estate in general.  The application is called Homes for Sale and was created by Smarter Agent.

Smarter Agent launches their touted application on Blackberry

January 9, 2008 (Philadelphia, PA) – For the users of Blackberry devices, an exciting and interactive carrier-approved application has been added to the download list. Smarter Agent, the company that invented and patented the mobile location-aware real estate search, announced today that their Homes for Sale mobile application is now live on select Blackberry devices on all major carriers. Unlike other cell phone models, Homes for Sale is a free download for Blackberry.

This application is pretty awesome if you are in the market for a new house and don’t want to look through tons of print listings or listing on your computer.  This allows you to search for homes on the market on the go!  And its for consumers and realtors.

    So glad you like the app! It really is a must-have for anyone looking to move or just wanting to learn more about real estate.

    I noticed in your last sentence that you mentioned that it's just for consumers and not Realtors, but I just wanted to take a second to let you know that it actually is for Realtors, as well.

    Let me explain: We have a branded version of Homes for Sale, which allows brokers and agents to brand the application to them. This means that when a consumer downloads the application from an individual broker or agent's website, the version of Homes for Sale that they are seeing will have the individual's company colors and information pre-programmed into the app. All calls using the "Call to See" button route directly back to the person who branded it, giving them the lead.
