Official Curve 8900 OS Upgrade 4.6.1.133

I’ve been a little neglectful on the part of posting about new OS’s.  Sorry about that folks.  So here is what we have for you today; an official foreign 8900 upgrade (which will work the same for all carriers).  The 8900’s update comes from Wind and is OS 4.6.1.133.  Enjoy.
