Overview/Description:

The BlackBerryRingToneMaker (and yes there are no spaces in the name on purpose) is exactly what the name says, a ringtone maker.  It let’s you make a 30 second ringtone out of any mp3 file, including protected songs from iTunes!  BlackBerryRingToneMaker is really simple to use, first you download the program, then choose an mp3 from MyMusic, anywhere else on your computer, or it will even link you to Amazon.com to purchase a song.  Next you have the option of making your ringtone as short as 1 hundredth of a second to 30 seconds long.  It also gives you the option to automatically fade in or out of the ringtone. Once you have your ringtone how you want it, just connect your BlackBerry to your computer via USB cable (make sure you have your memory card in your BB) name the ringtone and it will automatically be transfered to your BlackBerry under MediaCard/BlackBerry/Ringtones.  It’s brilliant.

Pros:

This ringtone maker is the bomb!  It is so easy to use and it basically does all the work for you.  No more will you have to spend $1.50-$3 per ringtone.  The problem with pre made ringtones is that it’s not always the part of the song you want to hear, so I don’t buy them.  Normally I use the full song and it just plays from the beginning which is alright unless the song has a slow start.  The BlackBerryRingToneMaker lets me choose up to 30 seconds of any song of mp3 track I want!  Amazing.  The most awesome things about this is that it is so easy and it transfers is with the click of one button.

Cons:

So the reason that this got a 9 out of 10 and not a 10 is because of the media card.  Although everyone should have a memory card in their BlackBerry, not everyone does.  This program will not let you transfer a song to your BlackBerry unless you have one and that is a major con for me because with normal ringtones you can use them if you only have your device memory.  That is all, love everything else.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, this is the best solution for custom ringtones I have ever come across hands down.  If anyone would like to prove me wrong, do it.  Everyone should buy this product.  It’s $9.95 for all the custom made ringtones you want.  Now most ringtones will be free and at the most $.99, boom.  Get it
