123Spoof Lets You Fool Your Friends

*Note: When you make a call, since it runs through different servers it will show up as a different number on your call.  Also, if you hang up a call before the other party picks up, it will continue to call until the other line hangs up (I tested this on my home line and although my cell phone call was ended, my house line was still ringing).

Our buddy Kevin at CrackBerry picked this one up, and is it sure a doozy.  123Spoof will be going public beta tomorrow with 123 Spoof Mobile for BlackBerry.  What 123Spoof allows you to do is change your call ID number.  What this means is, say you call someone, you can make your number show up as any number you want!  Oh yeah, and it’s free.  There are a few catches like you can only make free calls for up to 1 minute (not sure what happens after that, probably charges you) (after that it ends your call, but it lets you know.  My call made it to 2 min 4 sec.), the voice changer is not available, and call recording is not available unless you purchase minutes.  I am still trying to figure out all the details on whether or not it will be all free for beta, but just beware.  Another cool feature is that you can go straight to someones voicemail and never have your call ring.
