Trial Help Line (Not really a line)

Alright, this is just a trial for now and we will see how it works out.  Up on the top section bar you will see a link for a Help Line.  This help line is for anyone, who needs BlackBerry help.  I know that beginner BlackBerry users sometimes need some help getting started so that is what this should mainly be used for.  I have my email address and my personal PIN on the page so that I can be of service to anyone that would like it.  Here is the link and I hope that this does not bite me in the butt lol:
