Seems like a lot of BlackBerry users love the new OS 5.0 and what is has to offer. There was just one problem with the new update, it didn’t support many popular applications. This is now changing as we have received word that Facebook and Myspace have both been updated to support OS 5.0. Facebook has officially been updated to version 1.6.0.22 and Myspace to 1.5.1.9. Both of these versions can be downloaded if you visit mobile.blackberry.com from your BlackBerry browser.
There is a catch though for users still running OS version 4.0+. You will not be able to update by visiting that link because your device won’t recognize the new version. I suggest you hold off because it seems like the only feature added to these updates was the OS 5.0 compatibly. The good news is OS 5.0 has to be just around the corner and the long wait is almost over.
