Adobe and RIM Team Up to Bring Full Flash Support to BlackBerry

We’ve previously heard RIM had plans to partner up with Adobe and it looks like those plans are finally going through.  Today Adobe announced its partnership with RIM which is big news for the future of the BlackBerry browser.  They will be providing full flash support to the BlackBerry platform.

It is widely known that the BlackBerry browser leaves a lot to be desired.  For some time now users have dealt with a lackluster browser that can’t even compare to what other smartphones have to offer.  RIM has failed to make much progress on this issue until recently when they announced their acquisition with Torch Mobile.  Add that to today’s news and come this time next year we could be saying the BlackBerry browser is the best mobile browser there is.
