AT&T/T-Mobile to Announce the BlackBerry Bold 9700 on Oct 21

Engadget is reporting both AT&T and T-Mobile are set to announce the new BlackBerry Bold 9700.  Lately there have been plenty of leaked images and videos on the Bold 2 (Onyx) and people love what they see.  With the original Bold 9000 being such a huge success the Bold 9700 has a lot to live up to.  The main focus will be on the new trackpad and the slimmer design.

It is gearing up to be a huge fall for the BlackBerry community.  If you can remember there are rumors of an October 25th release date for the BlackBerry Storm 2, which looks like an accurate prediction.  As for this announcement, remember it is not a release date but carriers have been known to release a phone shortly after it has been officially announced.
