Google Voice Gets Updated and Adds Invite a Friend Feature

It looks like Google Voice has recently updated their app to version (0.1.5.1).  As far as we know the update didn’t include any major changes.  For those of you unfamiliar with Google Voice you’ll definitely want to check it out.  It’s really the best phone service to use with a smartphone and it comes with a lot of different options.

Along with the update came word of a new invite a friend feature.  This will allow current Google Voice users to invite friends who otherwise wouldn’t be able to use their service.  Within the next couple of weeks a “invite a friend” link will show up on the left side of your inbox.
