New Free BlackBerry Twitter App Available

Somehow this new BlackBerry Twitter app was overlooked but you will find that LittleChirp might be just what you are looking for.  First of all it’s free and it focuses mainly on speed and performance.  It is a very basic Twitter app and does not offer the flash and style that other similar apps offer.  More importantly it can operate straight from your homescreen and while you have other apps open.  It’s almost like an extra menu, set it to you one of your convenience keys and you can quickly access it at anytime.

You’ll notice that LittleChirp is small application and takes up little of your precious memory.  This will save battery power and it won’t affect the overall performance of your BlackBerry.  As of now it is not yet available for the BlackBerry Storm but it is compatible with the 8520,8900,9000 and 9630 devices.  Thanks goes out to Naviina for sending this in.
