We are starting to see more and more applications that utilize the BlackBerry address book and calendar features. Not too long ago Fabian Heuwieser released AdresSave which automatically creates contacts from your emails, Copy2Contact takes a different approach.
Creating contacts can sometimes be a tedious task especially if you aren’t used to the QWERTY keyboard yet. With Copy2Contact all you have to use is the copy and paste feature and that’s it. Just grab an email signature, SMS text message or even search results then highlight what you want to put for the new contacts info. After you have copied the information simply open up the menu again and choose Copy2Contact and you’re done. It will automatically create a new contact for you with all the appropriate fields already filled in. It works the same way for new calendar events as you just have to copy the important details for the meeting or event. Copy2Contact also comes in a free trail version so you can test before you buy.
