BlackBerry Bold 9700 Refresh Coming as Bold “R020″, Launching in October?

We’ve heard that RIM would be releasing a refreshed version of the Bold 9700 that could better handle BlackBerry 6, and thanks to internal slides leaked from BGR, we have more information on this device. The “R020″, has previously been called a multitude of names including the 9700a, 9750, 9780.
Odds are the device will look and feel identical to the 9700, though it will see an ever-important increase in RAM to 512MB. It will also feature an upgraded camera, coming in at 5MP. The device will run BlackBerry 6 at launch, and we should see it arrive sometime in October of this year.
It will be interesting to see how much better BlackBerry 6 runs on this device than on the 9700. What do you think about this addition to the Bold line-up, will you be picking one up?
