BlackBerry PlayBook Unboxing!

Last night I had the pleasure of getting a 16GB BlackBerry PlayBook. I figured I would show you what it will be like to unbox the BlackBerry PlayBook when you purchase it. I really liked the way RIM did the packaging for the PlayBook. Everything was laid out nicely. Inside the box you get the BlackBerry PlayBook of course with with the neoprene sleeve. You also get a micro USB home charger, a USB data sync cable, and a cleaning cloth. Check out the video down below and check back for my initial review of the device!

Three things.
1)Unboxing videos…seriously..nobody cares about looking the the sides of a box or cables buddy. You might want to try using a better camera then what’s on your phone.
2)The Playbook is dead already. No email? Come on. What’s that? Nobody wants to actually use BB apps because they suck? Hello Android. This won’t see year two trust me.
3)Blackberry is going down the toilet period. You should start looking for a new job Brad because this site won’t see past 2011.
What a shocking video, seriously.
I was really excited to see that a video of the Playbook being unboxed was available online but I have been seriously let down. Firstly, the quality of the whole video is awful, most mobile phones have better cameras in them! It was even more painful when you paused whilst the camera struggled to focus.
Have you heard of editing software? This video could have been 5 minutes shorter if you cut out the blank space like when you struggled to remove the sticker on the box or when you knocked the camera over, these kind of things really detract from the overall video.
And finally, please blow your nose. Enough said.
Matt I couldn’t agree more with your statments. The guy that did the video calls himself the editor in chief for this website. Unbelievable. Where are the owners of this site? What a disgrace.
Brad you have truly done a disservice to an already failing product and should be ashamed for posting garbage like that.
TO THE OWNERS OF THIS SITE: It is time you came forward and explained the future of berryreporter. I can no longer support this site and feel that you don’t care enough about your own product as it is evident in the people you have writing and posting garbage for you. I want a professional website to belong to that cares about its audience and the product it represents. Either clean this garbage up or shut down the site. Enough is enough. Brad should have been fired a long time ago.
I personally am sorry for the quality of the video that i posted. I was extremly excited to unbox the BlackBerry PlayBook for you the fans. Ever since I started with this site I have wanted to put out the best material that i possibly could. Lately I haven’t been doing that and i am sorry for that. I don’t get paid to write for this site, I do it for nothing but the joy i get out of it. I appreciate your feedback and would love to know what you all feel i should do different. Please contact me at brad@berryreporter.com. Thank you
Brad
I will have to agree with the rest. This unboxing is something I would expect to see from any run of the mill person who bought a PlayBook and then recorded the unboxing. Not one part of it resembled something you would see from a serious blog.
Your obviously aware of CrackBerry as you’ve linked them with some of your articles. Take a look at how they shot an unboxing video. It was very clean and a pleasure to watch. Your sniffling and the fact that it was shot in a dorm room that has never been cleaned depicts a poor image of the blog.
