More BlackBerry 10 Photos Emerge! Home Flow Experience Being Shown off by RIM

At BlackBerry World 2012 we got a nice glimpse at what BlackBerry 10 would look like from Vivek Bhardwaj during the Keynote. Whether you were in attendance or watching at home via the webcast, I am sure you were in awe! Well looks like Vivek has done it again. Some more screen shots of BlackBerry 10 running have been giving out to the public for viewing pleasures.

Now if you look at the screen shots from the demos it is pretty much what was shown off at BlackBerry world 2012 as the flow experience is being shown off. With these views we get more ideas of how the homescreen will act with swipes that bring up the application manager and more. Check out more pictures down below!

BlackBerry Devcon Renamed to BlackBerry Jam, Taking Place September 25-Th in San Jose California!

Some of us in the BlackBerry community saw this one coming, but BlackBerry Devcon has been officially renamed to BlackBerry Jam! The venue that it is taking place in has also changed from San Francisco to San Jose California! Registration for the event should be opening up soon, so make sure you keep an eye on BerryReporter.com if you plan to attend!

BlackBerry Bridge Updated to v 2.0.0.31

Fire up BlackBerry App World and make sure you get the latest update to BlackBerry Bridge! BlackBerry Bridge 2.0.0.31 is now available to download. This probably isn’t a sign of a OS update to the PlayBook but it’s nice to see an update! You should get a notification to update BlackBerry Bridge! Let us know if you notice anything different!

Dates Announced for BlackBerry 10 Jam World Tour

Now this is no announcement for Bruce Springsteen tour dates, but for BlackBerry Developers who did not get the chance to attend BlackBerry Jam in Orlando it’s pretty close. We now know some of the dates for the BlackBerry 10 World Jam Tour!

RIM also has confirmed that there will be a limited number of BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha devices. If you received one at BlackBerry 10 Jam then you won’t be able to pick one up at any of the Jam World tour events.

RIM Plans to Open 15 Premium BlackBerry Stores in India

RIM has plans to open up 15 Premium BlackBerry stores across India. In an effort to help keep their global presence alive, RIM has already opened a store in Delhi last month and last Friday a store in Gurgaon. RIM will also be opening up stores in Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Bangalore over the next few months!

Now in these stores, there will be special booths that show off both consumer and enterprise applications. Sunil Dutt, Managing Director of RIM India says, “These stores will offer holistic consumer experience on BlackBerry consumer and enterprise services.”

It’s nice seeing RIM opening these stores in different markets around the globe, however I would also like to see them open up more stores here in the States, Canada and the UK!
