OS Updates: Official Nextel 8350i OS 4.6.1.204 and Official 8900 4.6.1.199

Here are a few new updates, one which is very important to many Sprint/Nextel users.  We have an official Nextel 8350i OS update 4.6.1.204 which is suppose to fix these issues:

Echo Issue
MMS Improvements: Remove original message when replying; Cursor now defaults to message body when replying
Quiet and vibrate profiles will now not have incoming Direct [...]

OS Update: OS 4.6.1.199 for the Curve 8900

It has either been about a week, or I haven’t posted in a week, since a new OS leak has surfaced.  Happy Monday because here is one for the Curve 8900.  This one comes to you from Kevin over at CrackBerry and is for OS 4.6.1.199.

Official Curve 8900 OS Upgrade 4.6.1.133

I’ve been a little neglectful on the part of posting about new OS’s.  Sorry about that folks.  So here is what we have for you today; an official foreign 8900 upgrade (which will work the same for all carriers).  The 8900’s update comes from Wind and is OS 4.6.1.133.  Enjoy.

Blackberry Storm Device Simulators Available for Download

The device simulators for the Blackberry Storm, Bold and Pearl Flip(aka OS 4.6 and OS 4.7) are up on Blackberry’s website.  If you want to get the feel for the OS’s then download them, or you can wait until the phones are out.  Either way a simulator is nothing like the real thing.
