BlackBerry Priv Coming to Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint According to BlackBerry CEO John Chen

Priv Alone

Here in the US, you really only have two options when it comes to buying the BlackBerry Priv.  You can either buy it unlocked from Shop.BlackBerry, or you can pick up the device from AT&T.  Now as we have mentioned before, AT&T has had an exlusive on the BlackBerry Priv, that made them the only carrier in the US allowed to sell the BlackBerry Priv. Well according to BlackBerry CEO John Chen that is changing.  Today during announcement at CES 2016, John Chen stated that the BlackBerry Priv will be coming soon to Verizon, AT&T and Sprint! We have already gotten confirmation from T-Mobile that they will be selling the device in store and online starting January 26th and we have seen leaks of a Verizon branded BlackBerry Priv hitting the FCC.  No dates are set for Sprint or Verizon but it is very good to see every carrier is now onboard at this time!
