Verizon is Bringing Back Unlimited Data!

If you have been missing your Unlimited data on Verizon ever since they took away years ago, well you are in luck. Verizon is bringing back unlimited data!  Verizon revealed a new plan that gives you unlimited data, talk, and text for $80 on a single line. Four lines can all get the same unlimited deal for $45 per line. Now this unlimited data isn’t like the unlimited data of the past and has a catch to it just like all the other carriers unlimited data. If you use 22GB of data or more your speed might get slowed down.

“On all Verizon Unlimited plans you get our fast LTE speeds. To ensure a quality experience for all customers, after 22 GB of data usage on a line during any billing cycle we may prioritize usage behind other customers in the event of network congestion. While we don’t expect to do that very often, network management is a crucial tool that benefits all Verizon customers.”

You can also add a connected device or a tablet for $5 extra a month, as well as the International TravelPass, which gives you 500 MB/day limit; 2G speeds after that, for $10 per day.  You will also get 10GB of Mobile Hotspot data before being slowed down to 3G speeds.

These new Verizon plans roll out on February 13th and you can check out Verizon’s site for more details.  It does state that this is an introductory plan so no word on how it effects existing customers yet, stay tuned!
